Nolan County residents may vote at the Nolan County Clerk's office from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday for the next two weeks.
The general election is November 2, 2010, and election day voting must be done in your precincts.

]]>I don't know what this will mean to the Abilene City Council's actions scheduled for later this year, but it certainly adds a new wrinkle to the story. A public hearing is scheduled for July 29, 2010, and anyone interested in the outcome should consider attending.

]]>Apparently the new restaurant, The Lumber Yard (Abilene Reporter News story), will feature live music on weekends, a dance floor (there's a subject for another post altogether), outdoor seating, and a bar.
